Welcome to the new Cardinal Bluff.  Loving the bright red Cardinals and the dramatic limestone bluffs of the Missouri Ozarks, I’ve been looking for the special theme for Cardinal Bluff.  Then the volume of Edifying, Godly, and/or Christian and Spiritual literature, fiction and non-fiction, began growing in my library and I clearly saw the future purpose for this site. The books and authors featured here will be considered by the limits of my convictions regarding their Godly and edifying content. Conversation is welcome regarding your different convictions.

I read a great deal on my Kindle Fire and have begun seriously reviewing the books. I work with  authors to design and maintain websites, offering marketing consultation and publicist services.  The author, publisher, reader network has become quite large.

You will find reviews of books I like (this is my blog, after all), interviews and occasionally guest posts. I might review a book that didn’t quite make the mark when I see some redeeming qualities, but I don’t care to give more publicity to stinkers. The way to get a good review is to write a good book; well thought out and plotted, well-edited for typos and structure. Often these books will be reviewed on Ozarks Mystique (an eclectic collection), Online stores and Goodreads. I occasionally receive a gift copy from some publishers — I will note when I am reviewing such a copy. I  frequently purchase a copy of the book from a bookstore or an online store, even when I am sent the review copy.
